The Community-Powered, Regional OpenInfra Summit Asia 2024

For the past decade, the OpenInfra Summit, formerly known as the OpenStack Summit, has provided a centralized opportunity for the global community to collaborate. To build the next decade of open infrastructure, Regional OpenInfra Summits will be developed by the community for the community. Community volunteers will provide an opportunity to collaborate directly with the people building and running open source infrastructure using Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes and 30+ other technologies. Attendees typically represent 60 countries and hundreds of organizations and participate in keynote presentations from industry leaders, breakout presentations, Forum discussions with operators and developers, and a busy hallway track of open source enthusiasts.

The Community-Powered OpenInfra Summit will be piloted in 2024 by the Korean community organizers in collaboration with fellow organizers from various regions of Asia.

Help the Community through Travel Support

The OpenInfra Travel Support Program is another way you can support OpenInfra events. Donations made are directly used to fund active contributors to OpenInfra events around the world. The OpenInfra Foundation will work with the organizers to allocate the funding.

지난 10년간, 오픈인프라 서밋(이전에는 오픈스택 서밋으로 진행)은 전 세계 커뮤니티가 협력할 수 있는 핵심적인 기회를 제공했습니다. 다음 10년의 오픈 인프라를 구축하기 위해, 앞으로의 오픈인프라 서밋은 지역의 커뮤니티에 의해, 그리고 커뮤니티를 위해 만들어져 나갈 것입니다. 지역의 커뮤니티 구성원이 직접 주도하여 리눅스, 오픈스택, 쿠버네티스를 포함한 30여 가지 기술을 사용하여 오픈 소스 인프라를 구축하고 운영하는 사람들이 서로 협력할 수 있는 자리를 만들게 됩니다. 오픈 인프라 서밋의 참여자들은 대략 60개국, 수백 개의 조직을 대표하며, 주요 산업 리더의 키노트 발표, 세션 발표, 운영자 및 개발자와의 토론 포럼, 그리고 복도에서 펼쳐지는 오픈 소스의 열정적인 팬들의 활발한 네트워킹에 참여하게 됩니다.

커뮤니티 기반의 지역 오픈인프라 서밋은 2024년 한국 커뮤니티 운영진들과 아시아 다양한 지역의 커뮤니티 운영진들과의 협력을 통해 시범 운영될 예정입니다.
